Oleo’s modular solutions enable the industry to realise the benefit of reduced lead times, lower costs & minimal project NRC’s whilst also being able to optimise the performance through Oleo’s unique 1D train simulation software. Oleo’s 1D train software enables users to successfully simulates a collision scenario and to examine the sensitivity of the entire train crash energy management system.
On stand M50 also being showcased will be Oleo’s range of buffer stops, which have been optimised for reduced weight and cost whilst still conforming to industry standards. Designed to be maintenance-free, Oleo’s buffer stops provide predicted and controlled energy absorption and ultimate protection to passengers, rolling stock and the surrounding infrastructure. In addition to this all products in Oleo’s end stops range can be configured according to bespoke specifications.
Highlighting the importance of Oleo’s rail products, Sul Sahota, Chairman of Oleo International, said: “Railtex gives us the perfect platform to showcase our extensive range of rail safety solutions to the entire rail supply chain and everyone involved in the world of rail safety. Innovative energy absorption technologies have become an ever-increasing part of the present rail infrastructure development which will be displayed at Oleo’s Railtex stand.”
Oleo’s Railtex location will be Stand M50. 3D models of Oleo’s modular approach will be available to enable visitors to create a train crash energy management system. This will allow visitors to configure their own unique solution by selecting standard modular components.
Railtex takes place at Birmingham NEC between May 14 – 16, 2019.
