Elevator Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders received before 1pm (GMT) Monday – Thursday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day. Orders received after 11am (GMT) on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning. Please consider these timescales when choosing your delivery option.

Deliveries are made by TNT with a range of delivery options available at checkout:

UK Deliveries

• EXPRESS - Guaranteed delivery before close of business on the next or earliest possible working day;
• 12:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed delivery for the morning of the next working day;
• 10:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed next morning delivery before 10am of the next working day;
• 09:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed next morning delivery before 9am of the next working day.

International Deliveries

The following information applies to international deliveries - subject to customs clearance.

• EXPRESS - Guaranteed next day delivery to most of Europe, and fastest possible services to the rest of the world;
• 12:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed next morning delivery to major cities in over 60 countries;
• 10:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed next morning delivery before 10am to major cities in over 60 countries;
• 09:00 EXPRESS - Guaranteed next morning delivery before 9am to major cities in over 40 countries;
• ECONOMY EXPRESS - Day definitie scheduled delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us and you will be able to track your order within your Account section of this website.

All deliveries must be signed for and in the event that no one is available to sign for your goods they will be returned to the courier depot and you will need to rearrange your delivery with them (via a card/ref. dropped at your stated delivery address).

If you have chosen to collect your goods this can be done from our factory at Grovelands, Longford Road, Exhall, Coventry, CV7 9NE, UK at the following times:

• Monday - Thursday: 8.30am- 4.30pm
• Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Friday: 8.30am - 1pm

Returns

If there is a problem with your order when it is received please raise a support ticket against the order in question (within your Account section of the site) and we will deal with your enquiry. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis dependent on the circumstances of the return, please fill in your ticket with as much information as possible to enable us to deal with your enquiry.
