QUALITY POLICY |
| The Quality Policy of T A Savery & Co. Ltd. also trading as Oleo International is to continually improve our products and services to meet our customers needs, through the implementation of a Quality Management philosophy that involves all employees and processes. |
The Company accepts full responsibility for ensuring that products supplied, including those elements which have been purchased under sub-contract from suppliers, meet or exceeds the expected standards of performance and quality.
| To demonstrate the capability of fulfilling that responsibility, the Company has introduced a formal set of management procedures and controls, which provide evidence of serving our customers. |
| Design of the products is carefully controlled at all stages and coordinated with development and test programmes to produce evidence of design verification and validation, ensuring specified requirements are met. |
| Inspection and tests are organised in a rational and logical manner, and the results, which are formally recorded, are available for scrutiny. |
| These procedures and controls are embodied in the Quality System, and are mandatory. Management ensures that personnel at all levels are fully conversant with the Quality Policy by induction and training/education programmes. Furthermore, the Companys aim is to utilise wherever possible, advanced quality planning and statistical process control techniques and to make the best use of data generated so that defective parts are avoided and to continuously seek improvements in quality and manufacturing processes through the application of such techniques. |
| This Quality Manual defines the Policy on which the Quality System is based, and is supported with detailed procedures on which the prescribed policy shall be implemented. |
| The Quality Assurance System of the Company satisfies the requirements of BSEN ISO 9001:2008 for the design, development, manufacture and re-conditioning of hydraulic and pneumatic energy absorbing product; and the Association of American Railroads Specification M-1003. |
| Also, the design, manufacture, purchase, contract management, supply, repair (in-house and on site), installation, test, distribution and stocking of hydraulic components and electro-hydraulic Systems. |
