With proven products and simulation technology the question remains, “How do you know it will perform as you say? “ • Oleo designed and built its own full size indoor impact rig to validate it predictions. • Two 30 tonne vehicles impact at up to 20km/h. • The rig is fully instrumented. • Customers are able to observe for themselves the testing of their products in order that they can feel wholly confident in the solution. • Customers can avoid some of the costs associated with on-site testing. • In addition to the impact rig Oleo uses endurance rigs designed and built by Oleo to test the longevity of the units and sub-systems. • An environmental chamber enables Oleo to test at temperatures down to –40oC.
